Guitarist/Drummer seeks a good band

Playing by yourself at home sucks and I have an ego that needs to be stroked by way of being on a stage - so - I need a band to join, or folks looking to start something original.

Drumwise: Playing around 9 years. I have my own Gretsch kit with a great set of Sabian AAXs. I play double kick, and if it's heavy and catchy then it's for me.

Guitarwise: Playing around 1.5 years. I have an LTD EC-400 with a nice set EMG 81/60 dual humbuckers. I can pick fast and I like it heavy but with a good rhythm you can get into.

I also play bass, but don't have the gear for it, so I stick with the two up top.

I'm level headed, down to earth, no drugs, no booze - just looking for a good time.

Hello,

I'm writing because the hard acoustic rock band I am in is looking for a drummer between the ages of 21-31.

The name of the band is Acarya. We play originals, and our instrumentation is guitar/vocals, cello, electric bass, percussion/vibraphone and drum kit.
