The BIG BANG needs drummer and bassist to fill in on paid gigs. Possibly moving to a permanent situaton if you work out. This is a high energy rock trio playing pop rock covers (60s thru05)and original material as well. Check out myspace/cincybang. This is a no bullshit players only band. I am a pro and I don't like to rehearse. If you think you can cut it come sit in at my solo gig and we'll go from there.

Hello Larry,
I'm a singing drummer with 25+ years experience, a pro kit w/mics, professional
work ethic and a desire to get in a band with focus. I usually play 60-80 gigs
per year, but am currently without a regular commitment as I've been tracking and producing a lot this year.
I would like to sit in with Big Bang and look forward to the opportunity. I also know some really good bass players who might be interested.

BTW... doesn't say where your solo gig is...

Please give me a call or shoot me an email.

Thanks,

Kortez

Hey it sounds like we could possibly get something going. I have a couple of regular solo gigs. my next solo is at Shady O'Grady's in Loveland on Wednesday April 22nd. I really prefer to "audition" in a gig setting because this is a spontaneous, on-the-fly type of band. If you can sit in and bang it up at a gig-with no safety net- you've got what I need for the Big Bang. I have Shows on the books that I need players for and I am always booking. I have been a working-and I stress WORKING-musician for 25 years or so. I became a full time professional in 96 and I work with 3 other bands as well as doing solo acoustic shows. It would be great to have you come and sit in at Shady's on the 22nd if you are interested. If you have a bass player who wants to come along that is cool too. I can email you a list of some of the songs that the band (me) plays to give you an idea of what to expect. We can also do some writing and tracking as well in my studio if you dig-I love doing original tunes but it usually doesn't pay. Hit me back if this sound interesting to you. Thanks Larry j Dolan

Larry,
Sounds good. Not sure if I can make Weds work, but I will sure try. Please email me a songlist and upcoming solo gigs ASAP. I'll see if any of my bass player buds are interested for Weds and/or future dates. Give me a call when you get a chance, so we can discuss the logistics.

Thanks,

What's up? Would you guys be into coming out and sitting in on a solo gig to see how we gel in a real gig setting? This is the way I like to "audition" players. It lets you see and hear me and my PA rig and I can get a great feel for how you will handle a gig without a safety net. I can email a song list to you with about 80 or so songs on it. I'm talking about jamming @ Shady O'Grady's on Wed May 13 @around 7 PM. Hit me back. Larry J Dolan
